Refund Policy
1 - All course fees paid to DaduEd are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

Duplicate payment made due to technical error.

Payment gateway error resulting in unsuccessful enrollment.
2 - Any approved refund request will be processed within 7–10 working days, directly to the original payment method.
3 - DaduEd does not provide refunds for:

Change of mind after enrollment.

Non-attendance or missed classes.
-
Student’s inability to continue the course for personal reasons.
4 - By enrolling, you acknowledge that our courses involve digital learning, live classes, and access to educational resources, which once delivered, cannot be reversed.
Cancellation Policy
1- Once enrolled, course cancellations are not permitted.
2 - In exceptional cases, cancellations may be considered only if:

The request is made within 24 hours of payment, AND

The student has not attended any live class or accessed course materials.
3 - Approved cancellations (if any) will follow the same process as refunds and will take 7–10 working days to reflect.
4 - DaduEd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, batch, or course due to unavoidable reasons. In such cases, students will be notified in advance, and suitable alternatives will be provided.
Limitation of Liability
1- DaduEd shall not be held responsible for:

Technical issues, internet failures, or device limitations at the student’s end.

Missed classes due to personal reasons.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation.
2 - Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid by the student for the respective course.
